The movie Trauma Therapy: Psychosis follows self-help guru Tobin Vance, who has been exiled to the UK due to a scandal involving his unethical practices back in the US. Despite being on the run, Tobin continues to run retreats for his followers, which he believes will help them overcome their traumatic experiences.
However, things take a dark turn when one of Tobin's attendees begins experiencing intense hallucinations and paranoia after participating in one of his retreats. As Tobin tries to downplay the incident, his new assistant Elizabeth and his acolyte John start to question his methods and the true extent of his knowledge about the human mind.
As more and more attendees begin to experience symptoms of psychosis, Tobin's past sins come back to haunt him, and he is forced to confront the consequences of his actions. Along the way, the characters must grapple with the fine line between self-help and exploitation, and the dangers of handing over one's mental health to a charismatic stranger.
