Rebecca arrives at the cabin with high hopes of finding the inspiration she needs to finish her latest novel. However, she quickly realizes that the isolation is not as relaxing as she thought it would be. She constantly feels uneasy and as if she is being watched by someone or something.
As she tries to push the feeling aside and focus on her work, she meets the handsome and friendly handyman, Jake. Despite her initial hesitations, she finds herself drawn to him and they become fast friends.
One evening, Jake goes missing without a trace and Rebecca begins to fear for his safety. As she searches for clues to his whereabouts, she uncovers unsettling secrets about the cabin and the surrounding woods.
Soon, Rebecca realizes that she is not alone in the cabin and that someone is watching her every move. Together with a few unexpected allies, she must fight to survive and uncover the truth about the mysterious disappearances that have occurred in the area for years.
