Touching Home is a drama film directed and written by Logan and Noah Miller. The movie is based on the true story of the Miller brothers' own experiences, growing up in rural California, and their dream of making it big in professional baseball.

The story follows the lives of twin brothers, Lane and Clint Winston, who have always dreamed of becoming professional baseball players. However, their father, Charlie, was a drunk and now homeless, and could never hold down a job to make ends meet. Their mother, who has since passed away, had always been the one who held the family together.

Years later, Lane and Clint were given the opportunity to try out for the minor leagues. They both left town, determined to make their dreams come true. But, they soon realized that they had left their father behind and the guilt started to eat away at them.

As Lane and Clint become more successful in baseball, they continue to try and reconnect with their father. But, Charles is not the same man anymore and has trouble accepting the changes in his sons' lives. The road to reconciliation is long and difficult, and it takes a tragic event to unite the family and bring them closer together.

The film features an ensemble cast that includes Ed Harris as the father, Brad Dourif as the coach, and Ishiah Benben as the mother.
