Total Dhamaal is a Bollywood action-comedy film directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Fox Star Studios, Ajay Devgn Films, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Sri Adhikari Brothers, and Anand Pandit. It is the third installment in the Dhamaal film series and features an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Sanjay Mishra, Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, and Boman Irani.
The story revolves around a group of con-artists, who are on a mission to find a hidden treasure of Rs 50 crores in a zoo in Janakpur, but as they reach there, they discover that the treasure is not easy to find. They encounter several obstacles and challenges in their quest to find the treasure and have to face ruthless enemies who are also after the same treasure.
As they make their way through the zoo, they meet a couple on the verge of divorce who are bickering, a fireman and his side-kick siblings who are always up to no good, and a cunning police commissioner who is determined to get his hands on the treasure. However, the group eventually manages to find the treasure with the help of their wit and teamwork, and everyone walks away happy at the end.
The film was released on 22 February 2019 and received mixed reviews from critics, but was a commercial success at the box office, grossing over Rs 200 crores worldwide. The film also featured a special appearance by the legendary actor Jackie Shroff.
