Tortured is a 2008 crime thriller film directed by Nolan Lebovitz. The movie follows the story of Kevin Cole (Cole Hauser), an undercover FBI agent who is tasked with taking down the infamous crime boss, Jimmy Vaughn (Laurence Fishburne).

When Cole’s partner is mysteriously killed during a stakeout, he becomes even more determined to bring down Vaughn. However, in order to gain Vaughn’s trust, he must carry out one of his orders - to torture an accountant named Archie Green (James Cromwell).

As Cole begins to interrogate Green, he quickly realizes that the man knows more than he initially thought. With each passing moment, the lines between right and wrong begin to blur as Cole becomes more involved in the brutal torture.

Meanwhile, Cole’s wife, Zoe (Emmanuelle Chriqui), begins to suspect that something is not right with her husband’s job. As she delves deeper into his life, she uncovers a dangerous web of deceit and violence.
