Tom and Jerry, as usual, were engaged in their never-ending chase, which led them to the NASA space center. While trying to hide from the authorities, they unintentionally board a spaceship and blast off into space. Once in space, they end up on Mars and meet a friendly Martian named Peep.
Peep takes them on a tour of the planet and shows them the advanced technology being used by the Martians. One such technology is the Invincitron, an enormous robot vacuum cleaner that cleans the Martian planet. However, things take a turn for the worse when the Invincitron suddenly malfunctions and starts attacking the Martians.
Tom, Jerry, and Peep work together to fix the Invincitron and stop it from destroying Mars. During their mission to fix the robot, they stumble upon an evil plot by the Martian Queen to invade Earth.
With the help of Peep and other Martian allies, Tom and Jerry embark on a mission to stop the Queen from carrying out her diabolical plan. They successfully save the Earth from impending doom and return to their home planet, Earth, as heroes.
