Drama,Crime  South Korea

Tinker Ticker is a South Korean thriller film directed by Kim Jung-hoon, released in 2014. The film tells the story of Jung-gu, a young man who is introverted and withdrawn, but possesses incredible skills in building bombs. He spends much of his time making these bombs and sending them out to people who he believes are likely to use them.

One day, Jung-gu meets Hyo-min, a rebellious and carefree young man who is intrigued by Jung-gu's creations and becomes his partner in crime. Hyo-min is the first person to actually detonate one of Jung-gu's bombs, which makes him feel like he has found a kindred spirit.

However, the more Hyo-min pushes the boundaries of their dangerous pursuits, the more Jung-gu begins to lose control of his emotions. As Hyo-min's actions become more reckless and dangerous, Jung-gu's anger and aggression become harder to control.

Eventually, Jung-gu explodes in a violent outburst, killing the detective who has been investigating his activities. He then frames Hyo-min for all his crimes, and the film ends with Hyo-min being arrested and Jung-gu retreating further into his own isolated world of bomb-making.

Tinker Ticker is a dark and disturbing exploration of the psychological depths of a troubled young man, and the dangerous consequences that can arise when someone's inner demons are allowed to take over.
