In Tinker Bell and the Pirate Fairy, we see the colorful and magical world of Pixie Hollow as we've never seen it before. Zarina, a curious and daring dust-keeper fairy, is fascinated by the power of blue pixie dust, which provides fairies with the ability to fly and perform other magical feats.
Determined to learn more about blue pixie dust, Zarina begins experimenting with different combinations and accidentally creates a new kind of dust that has never been seen before. However, when her experiments attract the attention of the dangerous pirate crew of Skull Rock, Zarina is forced to flee Pixie Hollow and join forces with the pirates.
As Zarina becomes more deeply involved with the pirates, Tinker Bell and her friends become increasingly worried, especially when they discover that Zarina has taken the blue pixie dust with her. The fairies set out on a dangerous mission to find Zarina and convince her to return to Pixie Hollow.
Their quest takes them to the pirate stronghold of Skull Rock, where they face off against the devious James, a cabin boy who has his sights set on becoming a captain himself. In the end, Tinker Bell and her friends must use all their wit and courage to defeat the pirates and bring Zarina back home, where she can use her newfound knowledge to help her fellow fairies.
