Time to Die is a 1966 Mexican Western film directed by Arturo Ripstein and starring Marga López and Jorge Martínez de Hoyos. The movie is based on a screenplay by Nobel Prize-winning author Gabriel García Márquez and is a story of revenge, redemption, and forgiveness.

The film follows Juan Sáyago (Jorge Martínez de Hoyos), who returns to his hometown after spending 18 years in prison for killing a man in self-defense.
