Tijuana Bible is a gritty drama film directed by Jean-Pierre Gorin and starring Paul Dillon as the Iraq veteran, named Charlie. After fighting in the war, Charlie becomes addicted to drugs and alcohol and ends up living in Tijuana, Mexico, a city known for its corruption, violence, and illegal activities.
One day, Charlie meets Isela (Adriana Paz), a young Mexican woman searching for her missing brother. Against his better judgment, Charlie agrees to help Isela navigate the dangerous underworld of Tijuana and find her brother.
