Tiger Claws II starts with Chong, the martial arts serial killer, getting busted out of prison by a group of thugs working for Dai Lo Fu, a notorious gangster. Chong is then taken to San Francisco's Chinatown, where he teams up with Lo Fu to achieve a common goal.
Meanwhile, New York City cop Tarek Richards learns of a series of murders that bear Chong's signature claw-like mark on the victim's face. He contacts his former partner, Linda Masterson, who is now living in Los Angeles, to help with the case.
Together, the two cops discover that Chong is not the one responsible for the recent killings. Instead, he is being used by Lo Fu to gain access to an ancient Shaolin portal that can provide vital supplies to the Shaolin monks. However, Lo Fu has his own agenda and plans to use the portal to smuggle modern weaponry to the Qing Dynasty-era China and rule the kingdom himself.
As Tarek and Linda investigate further, they find themselves in danger as they come up against Chong and his deadly martial arts skills and face off against Lo Fu's armed henchmen. The final showdown takes place inside the portal where Tarek and Linda fight to stop Lo Fu's evil plan and save the Shaolin monks from danger.
The movie is an action-packed martial arts film that combines elements of the supernatural, time travel, and Chinese mythology, making it an entertaining watch for fans of the genre.
