"Ticking Clock" is a 2011 crime thriller movie directed by Ernie Barbarash and stars Cuba Gooding Jr. as Lewis Hicks, a struggling reporter who stumbles upon a journal of a murderer containing detailed plans to kill specific people. As he investigates the case on his own, he discovers that all the trails lead to a 9-year-old orphan named Edward (played by Kyle Russell Clements), who lives in a group home.
Lewis finds out that the murderer's list of victims matches the names of people who have been killed in recent months. Moreover, now the targets are being eliminated one-by-one, and the ruthless killer is getting closer to obtaining the remaining targets.
