As the former champion, Sze-To Bo (played by Louis Koo), navigates his way through life after retiring from professional Judo, he crosses paths with Tony (played by Aaron Kwok), a young and talented Judo competitor who dreams of one day stepping into the ring with Sze-To. Despite their initial rivalry, Sze-To sees potential in Tony and takes him under his wing as a mentor.
Meanwhile, Sze-To also meets Mona (played by Cherrie Ying), a struggling singer who dreams of making it big in the music industry. As he forms a close bond with both Tony and Mona, Sze-To finds himself rediscovering his passion for Judo and music, and sets out on a journey to prove himself once again.
Throughout the movie, Sze-To faces many challenges and obstacles, both in his personal life and in his quest for redemption. He must confront his past mistakes and insecurities, reconcile with his estranged family, and ultimately find the strength to face his fears and demons in order to achieve true redemption.
