Theodore Rex takes place in a world where dinosaurs have been genetically engineered and brought back to life. The film follows police detective Katie Coltrane, a tough cop known for her no-nonsense approach to law enforcement. When a number of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals are murdered in a series of brutal killings, Detective Coltrane is assigned to the case.
