The movie Them, also known as Ils, is a French-Romanian horror film released in 2006, directed and written by David Moreau and Xavier Palud. The movie centers on a couple, Lucas and Clementine, who live in a secluded house in the countryside of Romania. They wake up in the middle of the night to strange noises and soon realize that they are not alone as a group of hooded assailants begins to terrorize them.

The assailants, who seem to be children, begin to taunt and attack Lucas and Clementine in their own home. The couple's attempts to call for help fail due to the lack of cellular service, and they become increasingly vulnerable as the night progresses.

As the attackers play a deadly game of cat and mouse with the couple, Lucas and Clementine must use their wits and resourcefulness to survive the night and escape the clutches of their assailants.

The movie is a harrowing depiction of horror in its purest form, relying on atmosphere and tension rather than graphic violence to create a sense of dread and fear. It offers a unique take on the home invasion horror subgenre and is sure to leave viewers on the edge of their seats.
