The Young Cannibals revolves around a group of seven friends who reunite after years of being apart to spend a weekend together in the countryside. While on a hike, they stumble upon a remote restaurant where they are offered burgers that are secretly made from human flesh. Unknowingly, they consume the burgers and soon thereafter, they start experiencing disturbing and hallucinatory visions.
As the night progresses, the group discovers that they have unintentionally summoned a supernatural creature that is on a mission to hunt them down. The friends must unite and fight for their survival as they desperately try to outrun the monster.
