As the five friends, now in their 30s, gather for their high school reunion, they reminisce about their happy memories in their quaint hometown of Springdale, Texas. However, they soon begin to notice strange occurrences and unexplained disappearances. As the night progresses, they start experiencing vivid nightmares about a supernatural entity that has been haunting the town for years.
Desperate to uncover the truth behind the curse, the group sets out on a quest to find the source of the mysterious entity. With the help of the town's historian, they learn about an ancient Native American ritual that was performed in the area centuries ago, which opened a gateway to another realm. The curse has remained dormant for years, but now it has awakened and is seeking revenge for the atrocities committed against its tribe.
The group must confront their worst fears and band together to defeat the wraith before it destroys them all. But the wraith is powerful and cunning, and they soon realize they are in a race against time to save not only themselves but the entire town.
As they delve deeper into the mystery, they uncover dark secrets and hidden agendas that threaten to tear them apart.
