The film begins with a young woman named Clara, whose husband has recently died. She is desperate to find a way to bring him back to life and decides to embark on a journey to the Wishing Forest, where a unicorn is said to inhabit. According to the legend, the unicorn has the power to grant wishes to those who seek it.
Clara is warned by the locals that the journey to the Wishing Forest is full of danger, as cannibals roam the land and a deadly savagery hunts those who venture into their territory. Undeterred, Clara sets out on her quest, accompanied by a burly warrior named Marcus and a nimble thief named Leon.
As they travel deeper into the forest, Clara and her companions begin to encounter various obstacles and dangerous creatures, including a treacherous river and a pack of vicious wolves. Along the way, tension between the three travelers grows, as they each have their own motives and secrets.
As they near their destination, they come face to face with the cannibals, led by a fearsome war chief named Titan, who worships a feral goddess known as the Blood Queen. Titan seeks to capture Clara and sacrifice her to the Blood Queen in order to gain her power.
With the help of Marcus and Leon, Clara fights to stay alive and continue her journey to the unicorn, where she finally gets her wish granted, but at a grave cost. The film closes with Clara left to ponder her decision and the consequences of her actions as she sets off back home.
