The Twelve Tasks of Asterix is a 1976 animated film based on the popular comic book series by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. The movie begins with Julius Caesar scoffing at the idea that the Gauls are as strong as the Gods. To prove him wrong, Asterix and Obelix are given a series of tasks, each one seemingly impossible to complete.
