After Jimmy Tong puts on Devlin's tuxedo, he discovers that the suit has the ability to give the wearer incredible physical abilities. With the help of Del Blaine, Devlin's assistant, he goes on a mission to stop a group of terrorists who are planning to poison the world's water supply. Along the way, they encounter the evil mastermind, Dietrich Banning, who wants the tuxedo for himself.
As Jimmy and Del work together to stop Banning, they must navigate a number of dangerous situations, including fighting off trained assassins and avoiding deadly traps. They also discover a conspiracy involving Devlin and his boss, the head of a powerful corporation called Banning Industries.
Eventually, Jimmy and Del are able to thwart Banning's plan and save the world from disaster. In the process, they also uncover the truth about Devlin's involvement in the conspiracy. The movie ends with Jimmy returning the tuxedo to Devlin and returning to his life as a simple cab driver.
