The young boy in question is named Paul, who suffers from a rare condition that causes him to grow hair all over his face and body. Bullied and ostracized because of his appearance, Paul decides to venture out into the world to find his mother, who left when he was just a baby.
As Paul travels, he encounters a mix of kindness and cruelty from strangers, but ultimately forms unexpected friendships along the way. He meets a young girl named Aristiana who is also grappling with her own struggles, and together they embark on a journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
As Paul gets closer to finding his mother, he must also confront his own fears and insecurities, and come to terms with who he is and what he wants for his future. The True Adventures of Wolfboy is a heartfelt coming-of-age story about embracing differences and finding the courage to be true to oneself.
