The Strongest Man in the World is a 1975 American comedy film directed by Vincent McEveety and produced by Walt Disney Productions. It stars Kurt Russell as Dexter Riley, Cesar Romero as the antagonist A.J. Arno, and Joe Flynn as the college dean.
After discovering his superhuman strength, Dexter Riley and his friends experiment with the compound to see if it can be used to benefit humanity. However, their efforts are disrupted by the dean's concern that the college may lose funding if the discovery is leaked to the public. Meanwhile, Arno and his associates from rival cereal companies are determined to get their hands on the formula and use it for their own profit.
Dexter also falls in love with a girl named A.J. Arno's secretary, played by Eve Arden. She is initially tasked with spying on Dexter and his friends, but ends up helping them in their efforts to protect the formula.
The film culminates in a competition between Dexter and Arno's hired strongman to determine who truly is the strongest man in the world. In the end, Dexter and his friends are able to overcome Arno's schemes and protect their invention.
The Strongest Man in the World was the third and final film in a trilogy of Disney films featuring Kurt Russell as Dexter Riley, following The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes (1969) and Now You See Him, Now You Don't (1972).
