In The Stroller Strategy, Thomas Platz (played by Raphaël Personnaz) is a carefree bachelor who is content with his immature lifestyle. However, his world is turned upside down when he is suddenly named the legal guardian of a baby, named Lucas, whose mother is a former one-night stand.
Desperate to win back his ex-girlfriend Marie (Charlotte Le Bon), who left him a year ago due to his lack of commitment, Thomas hatches a plan to use Lucas as a way to prove to Marie that he is capable of being responsible and mature. He pretends to be Lucas' real father and sets out on an adventure to care for the baby while trying to win back Marie's heart.
However, the plan quickly proves more difficult than Thomas anticipated, as he struggles with the responsibilities of parenthood and has to navigate various challenges, such as convincing his boss to let him bring the baby to work and dealing with a rival suitor for Marie's affections.
