The Stรถned Age is a 1994 comedy film directed by James Melkonian and written by him and Rich Wilkes. The movie is set in Southern California in the 1980s and follows two aimless young men, Joe and Hubbs, who spend most of their time cruising around in their beat-up Camaro, smoking weed and chasing girls.

One evening, while driving around, they run into their friend Tack, who tells them about two foreign girls who are staying near the beach. Joe is initially hesitant to go after them, but Hubbs convinces him, and they set off to find the girls.

Along the way, they encounter a series of colorful characters, including a group of surfer dudes, a creepy drug dealer, and a Native American shaman who gives them some magic mushrooms.

When they finally find the two girls, they discover that they are from Estonia and are visiting the US on a cultural exchange program. Despite some initial language barriers, Joe and Hubbs manage to win the girls over, and they all head back to Hubbs' house for a wild party.

As the night wears on, things start to get out of hand, with fights breaking out and the police showing up. In the end, Joe and Hubbs realize that they need to grow up and start taking responsibility for their lives.

The Stรถned Age is a fun, lighthearted movie that captures the spirit of the 1980s and celebrates the joys of youth and rebellion. It features plenty of humor, great music, and memorable characters, and is sure to appeal to fans of stoner comedies and coming-of-age stories.
