The Sleep follows a group of five friends who decide to participate in a Halloween night experiment for some extra cash. The experiment involves being put to sleep and having their dreams recorded and monitored. However, things take a terrifying turn when they wake up and find themselves trapped in a strange and eerie alternate dimension.
As they navigate through this new reality, they soon realize that the terrors they encounter are not just figments of their imaginations, but real-life horrors that have been unlocked from deep within their minds. Each of the friends must confront their own personal demons in order to survive and find a way back to the waking world.
As they struggle to stay alive, the group begins to unravel the true nature of the experiment and the sinister forces behind it. They must confront the possibility that they may never be able to escape this dimension and that they may be doomed to remain trapped in this nightmare forever.
