Noah is a college student who has been suspended for his reckless behavior. He lives with his single mother and has no ambition or direction in life. When his mother needs to go out of town for the weekend, she asks him to babysit her neighbor's kids, Slater and Blithe.
Noah reluctantly agrees and takes the kids on a wild adventure through New York City, hoping to score drugs and meet up with his girlfriend. Along the way, they encounter a drug dealer named Karl who is on the run from a rival gang leader.
As things spiral out of control, Noah realizes that he needs to step up and take responsibility for the children he's watching. With the help of his newfound friends, including a stripper named Roxanne, Noah protects the kids from danger and learns valuable lessons about growing up and making better choices.
