Abby is a young woman who is expecting her first child with her husband, Russell. They live in a quiet suburban neighborhood, and as things progress with her pregnancy, Abby begins to feel unwell and has recurring nightmares that she can't make sense of.
One day, a mysterious man named David appears and asks to rent out the apartment above their garage. Abby and Russell are hesitant at first, but David is kind and quiet, and they allow him to move in.
As time passes, Abby begins to notice strange occurrences happening around her. There are fish dying in the nearby river, and strange clouds begin to form in the sky. David seems to know more about these events than he lets on, and Abby starts to suspect that he may be connected to them.
Abby's worries only grow when she discovers that David is following scripture from the Book of Revelations, which predicts the end of the world. It becomes clear that David is actually an angel sent to bring about the Apocalypse, and that Abby's unborn child is somehow connected to the fate of the world.
As David's actions escalate and the world seems to spiral out of control, Abby must find a way to stop him and save her baby before it's too late. She discovers a shocking truth about her own past that could change everything. And she realizes that not everything is as it seems...even when it comes to angels.
