The Seventh Day follows Father Peter (Guy Pearce), a renowned exorcist who has been performing exorcisms for over 30 years, as he takes on a new partner, Father Daniel (Vadhir Derbez), on his first day of training. When they are called to investigate a case of possession at a local juvenile detention center, they find themselves in a battle against a powerful demon that threatens to destroy them both.
As Father Peter and Father Daniel get deeper into the exorcism, they begin to question their own beliefs and the nature of good and evil. As they struggle with their own demons, they find that they may have more in common with the demonic forces they are fighting than they ever thought possible.
The film is directed by Justin P. Lange and also stars Keith David and Stephen Lang. The Seventh Day explores the complexities of faith and the nature of evil in a thrilling, action-packed horror movie that will terrify and entertain audiences.
