In The Rescuers Down Under, the poacher is named McLeach and he is accompanied by his pet lizard, Joanna. McLeach wants to capture the golden eagle, named Marahute, because he believes he can sell her for a high price on the black market.
The boy who knows where Marahute is located is named Cody, and he has a special connection with the eagle. He loves animals and has been secretly protecting Marahute from McLeach's poaching attempts. However, McLeach eventually captures Cody and uses him as bait to lure Marahute into a trap.
Miss Bianca and Bernard come to Cody's rescue after receiving a call for help on their tiny animal-sized communication device. They team up with Wilbur, a nervous but eager albatross, and Jake, a local kangaroo rat who knows the Australian outback well.
Together, they face numerous challenges and obstacles as they try to save Cody and Marahute from McLeach's clutches. They encounter dangerous creatures such as crocodiles and snakes, and face perilous situations such as a dangerous river and a minefield.
Throughout the movie, the friendship between Cody and Marahute is emphasized, as well as the bravery and resourcefulness of the Rescue Aid Society agents. The stunning animation and beautiful Australian landscape make this movie an exciting and visually appealing adventure for all ages.
