The film begins with a team of archaeologists, led by father-daughter duo Dr. Miles Holden (Denis O'Hare) and Nora Holden (Ashley Hinshaw), who discover a previously unknown pyramid buried deep beneath the Egyptian desert. The team must navigate through a series of deadly traps and dark, twisting passages in their quest to escape. Along the way, they encounter strange and terrifying creatures, including an ancient creature called the Anubis, which is hunting them down.
As the team struggles to survive, tensions rise among its members, and secrets are revealed that threaten to tear them apart. With time running out and danger closing in, they must find a way out of the pyramid before it's too late.
