The movie The Prowler, directed by Joseph Zito, follows a serial killer who is seeking revenge for a double murder that took place 35 years ago. The killer, dressed in a World War II U.S. Army uniform and wearing a grotesque mask, begins to terrorize the town of Avalon Bay, New Jersey.
