The Prayer follows Thomas, a young drug addict who has hit rock bottom. Despite his attempts to quit, he finds himself constantly craving drugs and unable to break the cycle of addiction. Desperate for a solution, he hears about a group of former addicts who have created a community in the mountains, isolated from the outside world.
The community is run by Father Damien, a former addict who has found solace in religion and prayer. The members of the community live a simple life, dedicated to prayer and communal work.
