The Pill is a 2011 romantic comedy film directed by J.C. Khoury. The film follows Fred (Noah Bean), a man in his thirties who has a one-night stand with Mindy (Rachel Boston), a free-spirited woman who is not interested in a committed relationship.

After their encounter, Fred learns that Mindy is not on birth control and immediately becomes worried that he may have gotten her pregnant. Not wanting to take any chances, Fred pretends to be romantically interested in Mindy and offers to spend the day with her to make sure she takes the morning-after pill.

Throughout their day together, Fred and Mindy get to know each other more, and Fred finds himself genuinely attracted to Mindy. Meanwhile, Mindy is unaware of Fred's true intentions and begins to develop feelings for him as well.

As the day progresses, Fred and Mindy navigate their feelings for each other while also dealing with the stress of potentially unwanted pregnancy. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles, including Mindy's eccentric roommate and Fred's ex-girlfriend, which make their journey even more complicated.

In the end, Fred and Mindy realize that they have genuine feelings for each other, but also acknowledge that they are not ready for a committed relationship. They part ways, but with a newfound appreciation for each other and the unexpected turns life can take.
