The Perception is a psychological thriller that explores the unraveling of one man's mind as he becomes increasingly obsessed with the idea that his wife is cheating on him. Richard, played by Nick Bateman, is a successful novelist who has hit a wall with his writing and is struggling to make sense of his own paranoia.

To ease his anxiety, Richard hires Matt, a private investigator, to follow his wife Haley and uncover any signs of infidelity. However, as the investigation progresses, Richard's suspicions are not confirmed, and instead, he becomes more and more unstable.

As his mental state deteriorates, Richard begins to experience vivid hallucinations and nightmares. The line between reality and imagination becomes blurred, and the audience is left questioning what is real and what is in Richard's mind.

Throughout the film, Nick, Richard's old friend and agent, attempts to help him confront his fears and regain control of his life. But as Richard becomes increasingly erratic, Nick realizes that he may not be able to bring his friend back from the edge of insanity.

The Perception is a thrilling ride that keeps its audience on the edge of their seats until the very end. With exceptional performances by Nick Bateman, Baron Bodnar, and Eric Roberts, this movie is a must-see for anyone who loves a good psychological thriller.
