After breaking into the home of his landlords, Fool discovers that they have been kidnapping children and keeping them locked up in the basement. The couple, known only as "Mommy" and "Daddy," are obsessed with money and view the children as "perfect specimens" that can be sold on the black market for a high price. Fool becomes trapped in the house and must navigate its deadly traps and twisted inhabitants in order to save the children and escape alive. Along the way, he meets a young girl named Alice who has been living in the house and helps him uncover more secrets about the disturbing family who owns it.
