The Odd Couple II was released in 1998 and starred Jack Lemmon as Felix and Walter Matthau as Oscar.
The film picks up thirty years after the events of the first movie, with Oscar and Felix now in their seventies. Oscar is now retired and living in Florida, while Felix has relocated to Houston, Texas.
When Oscar's son announces that he's getting married to Felix's daughter, Oscar and Felix decide to embark on a road trip together to attend the wedding in California.
Along the way, the two bicker and argue, as they always have, while also encountering a variety of comedic mishaps and obstacles. They also reconnect with some old acquaintances, such as Oscar's ex-wife and Felix's old flame.
Despite their differences, Oscar and Felix eventually find a way to put aside their long-standing grudges and support their children on their special day.
