The Navigator is a silent comedy film released in 1924 and directed by Buster Keaton and Donald Crisp. The wealthy Rollo Treadway, played by Keaton, is in love with his neighbor Betsy O'Brien, played by Kathryn McGuire. He plans an elaborate proposal but is rejected by Betsy.
Despite this, Rollo decides to go on the cruise that he intended as their honeymoon. However, due to a series of mishaps, both Rollo and Betsy end up on the wrong ship, which is actually an abandoned vessel. The two are left to fend for themselves on the deserted ship.
The film features Keaton's signature physical comedy, with hilarious scenes of him trying to navigate the ship and fend off various obstacles. Betsy also proves to be resourceful and the two work together to survive.
