The Mutilator is a horror film released in 1984. The story follows Ed, a college student who decides to spend his vacation in his family's beachfront condo. He is haunted by the tragic incident that occurred when he was a child, where he accidentally killed his mother while cleaning his father's hunting rifle, causing his father to become an abusive alcoholic.
During Ed's vacation, his friends join him, and they decide to have a party in the condo. However, they discovered that the condo has been vandalized and decide to investigate. They find out that the person who vandalized the condo is Ed's father, who still blames him for his wife's death and now wants to kill him. The father begins to stalk and kill Ed's friends, and Ed must use his survival skills to outsmart and defeat his father.
The Mutilator is known for its graphic violence and gore, which includes scenes of dismemberment, impalement, and decapitation. Additionally, the film is also remembered for its cheesy dialogue and over-the-top acting. Despite its flaws, The Mutilator has gained a cult following among horror film fans.
