As Alex's friends arrive at the amusement arcade to surprise her for her 21st birthday, they are excited to see her and celebrate together. However, as they start exploring the arcade and playing games, they begin to realize that something is not quite right.
Unbeknownst to them, a masked killer dressed as Mickey Mouse has snuck into the arcade and has set up a deadly game for them to play. As they navigate through the arcade, they start to come across clues and challenges that lead them deeper into the twisted game that the killer has planned for them.
