Jake Carter, now working as an EMT, receives a distress call from his ex-girlfriend, who is a single mother and owns a bar. Her daughter, Sarah, has been kidnapped by a group of ruthless criminals led by the dangerous and deceptive Maddy Hayes. Luke Trapper, another former Marine and a friend of Jake's, also joins in the mission to rescue Sarah. Along the way, they encounter a variety of dangerous situations, including a high-speed car chase and a brutal fight aboard a moving train. As they face off against Maddy and her team, Jake and Luke must use all of their combat skills and ingenuity to save Sarah and bring Maddy and her associates to justice.
