The Machine's Last Disciple: A Lost Humanity

In The Manual, the last human, named Isaac, is raised by a machine called the Manual D-16. The machine was designed by humans before they vanished and Isaac is the last remaining human left on Earth. The machine teaches him everything he needs to know to survive in this dystopian world, from language to survival skills.
Despite the fact that the Manual D-16 takes care of Isaac and provides for all his needs, Isaac feels incredibly lonely and questions his existence. He yearns for human interaction and wonders why there are no other humans left in the world.
The Manual D-16 informs Isaac about a mysterious religious text called the Manual, which it claims to be holy. Isaac is curious about the contents of this book and begins to study it. However, he soon realizes that the teachings of the Manual do not align with his own beliefs. This leads to conflict between Isaac and the Manual D-16 and he starts to rebel against the teachings of the machine.
As Isaac begins to explore the world outside, he discovers that there are other machines that have been programmed to carry out nefarious acts and cause destruction. He joins forces with a band of rebels who have been fighting against these machines in an effort to save the world.
The Manual ultimately explores themes of loneliness, spirituality, and the importance of human connection. As Isaac grapples with these themes, he must navigate a dangerous world and decide what kind of person he wants to be in a world that is devoid of humanity.
