The Magnificent Butcher is a classic Hong Kong martial arts film released in 1979, directed and choreographed by Yuen Woo-ping. It stars Sammo Hung as Lam Sai-Wing, a young butcher who is also a student of legendary kung fu master Wong Fei Hung.
Lam Sai-Wing is a fun-loving, easygoing guy who is quick to come to the aid of those in need. When he refuses her advances, she accuses him of rape and frames him for the murder of her brother.
With the help of Wong Fei Hung and his fellow students, Lam Sai-Wing sets out to clear his name and confront the Five Dragons. Along the way, he learns the true nature of the crimes and the identities of the real culprits, who turn out to be some of his closest allies.
