The Legend of Fong Sai Yuk is a 1993 Hong Kong martial arts film directed by Corey Yuen and starring Jet Li in the title role. One of their members, Tiger Li, is captured by the government and tortured for information about the organization. To save his sister from torture, Fong Sai-Yuk agrees to impersonate Tiger Li and infiltrate the government.
As Fong Sai-Yuk gets closer to the Governor and his daughter, he becomes more embroiled in the conspiracy against the government. He must use all his martial arts skills to protect his family and the people he cares about, while also fighting for justice and freedom.
The Legend of Fong Sai Yuk is a classic martial arts film with a courageous hero, a forbidden love story, and thrilling action scenes. It is considered one of Jet Li's best films and helped to establish him as a major international action star.
