The Leakers is a 2018 Hong Kong-Malaysian action thriller film directed by Herman Yau and starring Francis Ng, Julian Cheung, Charmaine Sheh, Chrissie Chau, and Louis Cheung. The film tells the story of a pharmaceutical company based in Malaysia, which is secretly using a new virus to create an epidemic and profit from the cure. The company's owner, Wen, is desperate to cover up the scandal and protect his business, but his plan is uncovered by a secret organization called "The Leaker."

The Leaker is a group of whistleblowers who specialize in exposing corporate corruption and government secrets. They manage to obtain evidence of the pharmaceutical company's unethical practices and leak it to the press. However, the company decides to take drastic measures to silence the leakers, and soon, people start dying. Among the casualties is Wen's son, who commits suicide after being implicated in the scandal.

As the situation spirals out of control, Wen's wife, who is unaware of her husband's involvement in the scandal, flees to Hong Kong with the help of a journalist named Sara. She seeks refuge in the city, hoping to uncover the truth about her son's death. However, she is pursued by Wen's men, who are determined to silence her.

In Hong Kong, Wen's wife meets a Malaysian police chief named Hong and a Hong Kong police officer named Sai. They team up with Sara to protect her and find evidence that will expose the pharmaceutical company's wrongdoings. Together, they unravel a web of lies, betrayal, and corruption that leads all the way to the top of the company.

The Leakers is a thrilling, action-packed movie that explores complex themes such as corporate greed, government corruption, and the power of whistleblowers. With its fast-paced plot, intense action sequences, and strong performances, it keeps audiences on the edge of their seats until the very end.
