Kendal is one of the few remaining survivors in a post-apocalyptic world where water is scarce and controlled by a greedy water baron named Carson. Kendal lives with her boyfriend Dean in an abandoned building that houses a functioning well, which Carson wants to control to secure his power and wealth.
