In The Last Sharknado: It's About Time, Fin (played by Ian Ziering) and his team of shark-fighting heroes must travel back in time to various historical periods in order to stop the latest shark attacks. Their time-traveling adventures take them to locations such as ancient Rome, medieval England, and prehistoric times. Along the way, they encounter various historical figures, including Cleopatra, King Arthur, and Benjamin Franklin.
As they battle the sharknadoes in each time period, Fin and his team also race against the clock to stop a sinister time-traveler named Genghis Rex (played by Billy Barratt) who wants to use the sharknadoes to alter history and rule the world. Fin receives help from returning characters such as Nova (played by Cassie Scerbo) and new recruits including his own son, Gil (played by Judah Friedlander), and diverse new team members from different time periods.
To save the world once and for all, Fin will need to use all of his skills and gather all of the help he can get from unexpected new allies. The Last Sharknado: It's About Time features a culmination of the entire Sharknado saga, featuring many returning characters and over-the-top action sequences. Will Fin and his team stop the sharknadoes for good, or will it be the end of the world as we know it?
