The Last Message is a Hong Kong comedy film released in 1975. The film stars real-life brothers Sam Hui and Michael Hui as two bumbling buddies who stumble into a comedic adventure involving treasure hunting.

Li (Sam Hui) and Ah Tim (Michael Hui) work at the Tuen Mun Sanitarium, where they are employed as a nurse and handyman, respectively. One day, the sanitarium takes in an elderly man named Cheung Ping-chi, who carries a large bag with him. Ah Tim steals the bag and discovers that it contains antique fragments.

Upon Cheung's death, his daughter informs Li and Ah Tim that her father had left behind a manuscript that reveals the location of a sunken vessel loaded with treasures. The pair decides to go on a treasure hunt to find the ship, but they face several challenges, including interference from a rival treasure hunter and fending off sharks.

During their journey, Li and Ah Tim also encounter a group of young people on vacation, who accidentally become embroiled in their adventure. The film culminates in a chase scene involving boats and speedboats, as Li and Ah Tim try to outrun the rival treasure hunter and make a daring escape with the treasure.
