The Last Flight of Noah's Ark is a 1980 adventure film directed by Charles Jarrott and starring Elliott Gould and Geneviève Bujold. Gould plays Noah Dugan, a washed-up pilot who is hired by a missionary named Bernadette Lafleur (Bujold) to fly her and a cargo of animals to a remote island in the Pacific.

However, during the flight, the plane runs into a violent storm and crashes onto an uninhabited desert island. The survivors include Dugan, Lafleur, a young boy named Bobby, and a menagerie of animals that includes some chimpanzees, a Bengal tiger, a lioness, a giraffe, and an elephant.

Stranded with no hope of rescue, the group decides to make the best of their situation by converting the plane into a boat and sailing to the nearest port. Using their ingenuity and resourcefulness, they manage to repair the plane and fashion it into a seaworthy vessel, setting off on a perilous journey across the ocean.

Along the way, they encounter a variety of challenges, from dangerous storms to hostile natives, but they ultimately succeed in reaching their destination and returning the animals to civilization. Along the way, Dugan and Lafleur develop a growing attraction to each other, and they ultimately decide to continue their adventure together.
