Miles is a blackmarket cannabis dealer who's always been able to stay under the radar. But when marijuana suddenly becomes legal, his clientele goes straight to the dispensaries, leaving him with no buyers. Desperate for cash, Miles hatches a plan to sell his entire stash to a group of foreign buyers, but he needs the help of his old friend and partner, Jay to make the deal happen.
Jay, now a successful businessman, is wary of getting involved with Miles again and refuses to risk his reputation on a black-market deal.
