The Knot is a British romantic comedy released in 2012, directed by Jesse Lawrence and starring Mena Suvari and Matthew McNulty.
The movie revolves around Alexandra and Jeremy, who have been together for three years and are about to get married. They only have a day to get everything organized and finalized, but everything seems to go wrong. The couple endures a disastrous rehearsal dinner, and a photographer loses all their pre-wedding photos accidentally. Their venue was given away to another couple, and Alexandra's wedding dress gets torn, and they have to get it fixed frantically. They gather those remaining and decide to hold the reception on a boat that takes them around London. There, they have their first dance as man and wife, surrounded by the people that matter, and with the city of London as their backdrop.
